I,  Primate (Chief) Raphael Adebayo  Ojalaye Adelekan is the founder of  AFRICA CULTURE AND TOURISM FOUNDATION ( N.G.O) in Nigeria. Chieftaincy title is the highest title of any  community in Africa and most especially Yoruba Tribe of Nigeria. I attended my elementary education in Lagos state of Nigeria, likewise my secondary school education. I finally have my doctorate in Theology (PhD). I worked in Guiness Nigeria Plc. Ikeja branch in the store account department and as a pay master. I finally founded my church, Holy Christ Gospel Church of Messiah in 1987. I became the Baale of Araromi Alade Township in Ado-Odo-Ota in Alade local government in Ogun state Nigeria in year 2004. I am 50yrs of age, my mother was from ketu royal family in Egbado area of Ogun state while my father came from Abeokuta Ogun State of Nigeria respectively. I was installed Baale by His Highness OLOWU KANGUERE OBA (IR) OLUSANYA ADEGBOYEGA DOSUNMU AMORORO II. The Olowu of Owu Kingdom Abeokuta Ogun state Nigeria.

Formally, I was a prophet and a spiritualist. I do heal various sicknesses with the support of prayers and herbs and leaves. I and my crew are 50 in numbers making researches into African culture.
